Client Survey Selection

  • Surveyed Clients

    This tab displays the list of clients who have already been surveyed. If a response has been received, the Response Url will link to the response in askwise. Clients in this list can not be surveyed again.

  • Add Clients to Survey

    This tab displays the list of clients who have already been invited to complete our survey. If a response has been received, a link to it will appear in this tab. Clients in this list cannot be invited again for 12 months.

  • Selected Clients

    This tab shows the list of clients that have been selected to send for a survey. You can edit the email address before sending. If duplicates appear, use the bin icon to remove the contacts you don't want to send the survey to. It is only possible to send one survey per client.

  • Scheduled Clients

    If the ‘conversation’ survey type is greyed out, this means the client does not yet meet our criteria for this. Please contact Rachel Ireland or Matt Hamblin if you feel a conversation is the most appropriate method for collecting feedback from your client and they will update this.
